Section 3.

Reservation Of Rights - National Grid USA, or its subsidiaries or affiliates, commitment to remain neutral shall cease if the Union or its agents, intentionally and repeatedly misrepresents to employees the facts and circumstances surrounding their employment or conducts a campaign which comments upon the motives, integrity or character of the Company or its representatives.  National Grid USA, or its subsidiaries or affiliates, reserves the right to respond to employees' inquiries relating to the issue of Union organization and to engage in normal communications with employees concerning their employment.

Section 4.
